Diversity and Inclusion

At Empowering Excellence Charter School, we uphold a policy of inclusivity and equality, where all individuals are treated with respect regardless of their race, religion, color, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, or political beliefs. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to learn and work without fear of discrimination or harassment based on their sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or religion. Our expertise lies in catering to students who require flexibility in their schedules, prefer a smaller and more intimate learning environment. These students may have faced difficulties in earning at least 3 credits per semester or trimester, encountered attendance issues, or decided to discontinue their high school education in a traditional high school environment. Enrollment is open to all students.
