Due to the unique nature of students, an Empowering Excellence Charter School Advisor will offer personalized support in addressing program inquiries and navigating enrollment for each student.

After registration, students will be provided with their login details and a Welcome Guide to begin their studies immediately. Furthermore, the Academic Coach will reach out to the students to greet them and address any inquiries they may have. During this interaction, the Academic Coach will also review the online learning platform and the student's customized Individualized Career Plan (ICP).

At Empowering Excellence Charter School, all classes are taught through online platforms. Upon acceptance, students will be given a personalized username and password to log in and begin their coursework. Career elective classes are immediately accessible and must be finished before moving on to academic/core classes. Academic courses will be unlocked once transcripts are evaluated, and credits are applied. Students are required to follow the specific course sequence provided, completing core academic courses in the designated order (excluding any transfer credits). Each course is equivalent to one (1.0) credit.

Enrollment in EECS is open to students at any time, and they can commence their coursework immediately. The program has an 18-month completion deadline, but it is possible to finish it sooner. Upon registration, students will be provided with a Pacing Guide that outlines the steps to complete each course within a 2-week timeframe (although students are free to work at a quicker pace to finish courses in less than 2 weeks).

Students are accountable for creating their own attendance plan, and their personalized career plan is designed to help them stay focused on reaching their graduation goals. The program should be finished within 18 months; therefore, it is highly recommended that students follow the provided Pacing Guide upon enrollment. The Pacing Guide is accessible in the student portal document library. To excel in the program, students must be punctual and reliable.
